Minimum Wage based on Inflation

In 1978 I got my first job at the age of 16 making $2.65 an hour being a bus boy which was the standard minimum wage for that time.  Based in today's dollars the National Minimum Wage should be at $10 an hour.   Does that think it should be $15 an hour are wrong.
