Russia: No Invasion Plans for Ukraine

That was the headline today on March 14th.  Let's see Russia has already invaded Crimea which is part of Ukraine.  Meanwhile someone should ask "Adolf" Putin why there are now 100,000 soldiers along with several tanks and artillery pieces positioned on Ukraine's eastern border?   I'm sure it's just a drill.

Ukraine gave up it's Nukes

When Ukraine became a country of their own when the Soviet Republic broke apart in the early 1990's they agreed to give up all of their Nuclear Weapons.   You can bet right now Ukraine wished they had never  given up their nukes.  It's pretty obvious if Ukraine still had their nukes Putin probably would have used a different approach on Crimea instead of invading it.   

Putin's Poor Excuse for occupying parts of Ukraine

To justify Russia occupying portions of Ukraine Putin has stated it's to protect Russian citizens.  So if we use the same logic then if any country's citizens are threatened outside of their borders then they would have the right to occupy the country that is threatening their citizens.   This is the same logic that Hitler used back in the 1930's when he started to annex areas next to Germany such as Austria for example.  World Leaders back then just let Hitler do whatever he wanted which eventually led to World War 2.  If World Leaders just let Putin do whatever he wants this could lead to major problems down the road.
